Head unit install/connector identification help

I brought home our 'new' 99 Limited over the weekend, which came with a massive amp/sub in the back and a Kenwood deck with a missing faceplate

I removed the amp/sub combo and am getting ready to install a Pioneer AVH-2330NEX in the dash, but need some help identifying the mass (mess?) of connectors and wires.

I'm guessing #1 is the harness that went to the factory radio/amp. I've got a Metra harness on the way and will splice those in.

Do #2, #3, and #4 need to connect to anything?

Is #5 the set of wires run by the previous owner to the amp and sub in the back? I took a photo of the wires going back to the amp along each side of the truck and behind the rear seat. Assuming these are the same wires, I can remove them completely.

Lastly, I've got an orphaned connector under the driver's seat. Coincidentally, the button along the upper side of the seat doesn't work - I'm going to poke under and see if I can figure out where the other end is.

The "Engine, suspension, wheels, tires, audio, and accessories" section has a thread called "ultimate scion head unit thread" in it you should find the info you need.

I’m pretty sure #2 + 3 used to plug into the factory amp, I hope you got the metra harness that does NOT plug into the factory amp. If so those are the wires you hook up to the harness you got. Hard to tell, pretty idiot proof though as I think the harnesses are all different so you can’t plug the wrong thing in to the wrong harness.. #5 looks like what you think it is wires running to the amp.
