What is this cable and where does it connect to?

Hey T4R,

I was replacing my stock battery cables with welding cable and I forgot to take pictures so I can put everything back together correctly. I can't for the life of me figure out that this cable is for.

At first I thought it was a ground cable. But as soon as I hooked up the battery, I fried the 120a alternator fuse. So, I connected it to the positive battery terminal and everything works fine. But I want to be 100% sure that's where it goes.

Its the main power wire for everything in the truck. The other power wire off the battery goes to the starter...
