New plate front bumper design. Opinions?

So I have several 4th gen 4runners but was recently given the opportunity to purchase my first 3rd gen. with this 4runner being in the condition it was I decided that giving it a good cleaning and dressing it for some moderate trails was justified. Both front and rear bumpers were already badly dented and had holes drilled into them from the previous owner so they had to go. I have seen a few bumpers on here that are offered that are fairly affordable but I wanted to design my own. so with a background in mechanical engineering and with the help of a very talented friend of mine the following plans have been made for a front plate bumper and soon rear.

My main reason for showing the design, however, is mostly to see if anyone is interested in the design and if they were, I would like to produce and present this bumper for a very affordable price point.

I have so far, a full design for a third gen front bumper and a 4th gen front bumper (3D rendering still in progress) with plans including rear bumpers, sliders, and skid plates. all presented at a rate suitable for most. the design I have now is my first but I would love to hear input on future bumper design ideas and ways to improve upon my current.

I presume there'd be some provision for air flow since it blocks the lower half of the radiator?

Stamp a Toyota Logo in there and you've got your airflow!

Yes, I plan on adding ventilation and other cut outs (wench, pods, light bar,ex.) this is a rough design.
