2002 6cyl. 175k Vacuum leak, Throttle Body throttle lever?

I’ve had a recent problem of with a vacuum leak pulling a CEL.
1. Swapped the gas cap with new Dealer Cap, Reset CEL, CEL went back on again after a couple days.
2. Swapped the EGR with new Denso, Reset CEL, CEL went back on few days later.
3. Found a crack in Rubber Air Intake sleeve onto the Manifold, Replaced with New Sleeve, Reset CEL, CEL went back on CEL.
4. Tried the cigar smoke test with hand pump. I noticed smoke coming out from the bottom of the throttle Lever area. It looks like where the throttle lever spring setup is connected to the TB.
But when I did the propane test, there was no change in idle when I checked the same area. I’m going to try the carb cleaner spray at the same location to see if there is a change in idle.

If it is the TB throttle lever, can it be rebuilt with a new gasket or seal, or do I have to replace the whole TB?

I can’t seem to find the charcoal canister, which I’d like to test as well.
I’ll look for a diagram for the charcoal canister.

I think on the late model Runners the charcoal canister is back near the fuel tank somewhere underneath the truck. Early year Runners have the charcoal canisters in the engine compartment.

Edit: oops, read the Op’s signature of the 2000, this one’s an ‘02 so Streetcreeper’s right, it’s under the body in front of the spare.
