Also, I've been running 100W H3 bulbs in mine for two years or so. They have not burned out or harmed the wiring. And a big difference in light output.

I bought the Blazer brand name for about $6/pair at my local farm/home store (Farm&Fleet).

You’ve been running these in your fog lights? Are they a bright white or bluish?

Plenty bright and can go yellow or white. Nice cut off too.
And that's only if you originally have the optional dealer-installed Hella foglights. Those MicroDEs use different brackets than the OEM Stanley brand (and aftermarkets versions of) fog lights.

Has anyone in here used the Morimoto H3 LED bulb in the stock fog light of the 1999-2002 4Runner?

They may not fit. A short H3C HID bulb barely fits and the "bulb" end of the 2Stroke appears to be much longer. You would definitely have to modify the bottom half of the foglights (the part fastened to the main housing with 3 screws, which you remove to install/replace the bulbs) to clear the back half of the 2Stroke bulb.

Just plain white 100w bulbs. Hella makes them, also.
