I installed this thing a few weeks ago. The template is pretty spot on. Everything went great with the exception of fitting the rubber tubing onto the snorkel. I guess there's always something to be expected with quality control on a "knock'off" version of things. The rubber tubing ID was quite smaller than the male plastic end on the snorkel. It took me and a friend, a heat gun, some dawn, and lots of swearing to finally get it stretched over it. Others have had better experience with boiling the end of the tubing to get it a little more malleable. Some have been lucky and didn't have any issues whatsoever.
Tips
A: I highly suggest checking the fitment of these two pieces. If it's really tight then you have two options. 1) Connect the snorkel and the tubing off the vehicle. Then feed it through. You will likely have to do some pounding on some body metal that's in this area to get the room required. 2) Take the fender off, mount the snorkel, and attach the tubing. Still need to do some pounding on the metal behind the fender.
B: You cannot get to the furthest top mounting location without taking the fender off. However, bolting this down here is not crucial.

I've also been working with a guy on TacomaWorld in making a nice epoxy domed "TRD" sticker to use in place of the goofy one they send. He will likely produce more if there is interest.
