As you know, most of my stuff is born right here on T4R, because of you guys; after @rkntoy folded over his frame side lower link mount (read about it here) I looked into existing products and didn't really see anything that actually reinforced the factory mount and acted as a skid to lift the mount up and over rocks, so I made something to do both:

super easy install; just slide it over the mount, reinsert the factory pivot bolt, swing the LLS up into position against the frame, and weld it on.
Finally got mine on. If you are going to wheel your rig put these on before you collapse your mount - you can thank me later.

Not sure I want to show my welds. The welder was acting up and I only had one weekend to get them on before Trail Jamboree. It is at the welder doctor now.

I have welded only a handful of times in my life. I struggle with angles and being in weird positions. I had good heat and penetration on these, just can’t see it after painting.

Hey @eimkeith , is there any chance of a second version of these where the mount tabs extend up about mid way on the frame rail? For those of us in the rust belt it could double as some reinforcement against thinning metal at the weld there.
