This is my only rig and really need to get this up and running today, please any info is appreciated

My 1999 SR5 is slow to start also. most likely problem is ignition key/ignition lock wear. I. can't I to crank gently turning the key until I?hit the sweet spot and d=then it craNKS. "KIT TAKES A FW TRIES AND NWEWER KEYS HAVE LESS FAIL TO STARTS. JUST SAYING.

Replace the ignition connector on the back of the key cylinder lock. Those contacts can wear out and the solenoid on the starter not getting 12 volt power to throw the solenoid in the starter. Or your starter contacts are warn out. Very common problem. :-)
