Gas smell in the cabin of my 1997?

Anyone know why i may be having this issue?

None of the fuel system is inside the body, so I would check for a small fuel leak on or near the engine (fuel injectors, pressure regulator, etc).

I had the same thing. Turned out to be the o-rings on the fuel injectors.

This was my issue on my 99 as well. New o rings and no smell ever since.
