Lightbulb HID Wiring Help

So I'm having issues with getting my HID kit wired in correctly. I purchased the kit from SRQ Fab, and have been able to get the Halo's wired up correctly to the turn-signals for the switchback and I am running them to a toggle switch in the cab to run whenever I'd like.

BUT when it comes to the actual headlights I have had NON-stop issues with getting it wired correctly.

1st) I could only get it to work with high beams.
I swapped the OEM connection terminals. Which SOLVED the high beams only working, but now only low beams work.
2nd) I started to get the passenger side flickering non-stop.
I Swapped the Ballasts around, which the flickering did not follow to the driver side. Never solved it
3rd) Now when I flip on the lights the Fuse for my headlights instantly POPS.
Solution was that I tore out the HID's and wanted to just drop in LED's into the projector hosing, but it looks like I also bought the wrong LED's....
I have tried swapping everything around. Didn't seem to fix anything from flickering. (Would occasionally work for a limited amount of time). Now it just blows my driver side fuse. I need help because I want to use it but I'm tired of jacking with it and not working as this is my DD still. Someone please help me get a win out of this thing.

Do you have a good ground point for the passenger light?

I have used this "screw" point as my ground on the passenger side. Its the same point on the driver side that I also use as my ground over there.
