Master cylinder accumulator rebuild/replace

I'm in a tough spot with my 2001 4Runner. I live in the Republic of Panama and was having problems with a squawking master cylinder and incipient brake failure.
Tried having the pump motor brushes rebuilt--no real help. So I ordered a used master cylinder ( 47050-35010) on EBay. It--the EBay item--is now making a different sound with brake application. Switched in the rebuilt pump motor, no help--but seems to indicate that the accumulator is the problem.
Toyota parts does not sell a separate accumulator. Does anyone have an idea of how I can proceed?

Brake Booster - Toyota (47950-60010) Toyota does sell accumulator in the US.
Have you called a dealer in Panama or searched the parts sites for it.
I called local dealer a minute ago, Texas and California have in stock.
