New tick. New project. Help needed

YouTube

I just recently started hearing a ticking noise when the engine is warm, just before I got to work (only a 1 mile drive) starts the tick at 2,000 rpms

The oil was at the Lower end of the dipstick but still had an amber color. So I added 1qt to level it off. Still ticking.
I’ve linked a video for you to listen.

Note: I just had the flex plate

I'm thinking it may be exhaust related since there is no difference in power, and since it seems to be temperature sensitive.

Head pipe to manifold gasket??
Sounds more like a rattle on firewall or plate on front of transmission

sounds like the drive shaft noise wouldn't hurt to grease the joints.

Did you say that you just had your flex plate replaced? It kind of sounds like maybe one of the torque converter bolts has backed out a little.

Thank you for all the responses.

I don't notice the noise getting any better or worse, and it ONLY happens at 2,000 rpms. When I go over 2,000 it stops.

I crawled underneath while it was running and heard nothing other than the normal 5vz-fe tick.

I haven't had a ton of time to look so I will update you as soon as possible.
