Picked up my Coastal Offroad front/rear bumper kit. Super stoked to build it and nervous at the same time. It’ll be my first time doing something like this. Starting on the front bumper first

All tacked and then removed for structural/finishing welds. Fit and finish is superb and was very easy to line everything up.

Rear bumper build process

NOTE** during this process, I totally forgot to install my toytec 1” body lift before hand, which threw all my alignment pieces off... I soon found out the hard way that I done goof’d

I then installed my body lift, then corrected what I needed to on the rear bumper, and then started on my rear dual swing out

Adding a couple of my own touches and gussets for areas that will experience additional stress. While not necessary(I’m most likely doing over kill) but since I’m building it, why not
Had some custom spider web gussets made and gussets to support the rear quarter panel hoops when/if they do rub on some serious terrain

Eimkeith panhard correction kit to level out the panhard bar and get it closer within OE specs
Reason for the panhard correction kit is to keep the vehicle tracking straight (it can pull, depending on the amount of lift you have) and limit wheel droop being that the lift already using a part of that “droop”
Also attached a before/after picture to show the difference.
