Washer fluid reservoir cover?
Hi guys,
I can't seem to find any info on the cover that goes over the windshield washer fluid reservoir? What is this part called? I'm pretty sure that mine came off on the last offroad trip. If you look in the fender well, you can easily see the fluid tank.
Thanks in advance!

Thank you but I don't think I gave a very good description.......I'm looking for the piece that goes in the fender well that keeps the reservoir tank from being seen......right now you can look into the fender well and see the entire tank exposed.

It's PN 85336-35240 for the 2.5L reservoir, 85336-35260 for the 5L reservoir. Genuine OEM Wiper & Washer Components Parts for 1997 Toyota 4Runner SR5 - Olathe Toyota Parts Center
Or you could try to find one at your local salvage yard.
My rear washer quit working so I pulled the pump out on Monday. The pump literally fell apart when I removed it. Thankfully I have a spare of just about everything on my donor truck and I swapped a new/used pump in, piece of cake.
That black plastic shield that covers the tank in the wheel well is what he is looking for.

Wait, there's a 5L fluid reservoir??? Anyone know what models it came on and if it'd fit a 98? I ask because my washer fluid reservoir doesn't contain washer fluid... might be dabbling with nitromethane injection soon...

Are you talking about the fender liner?

Not the narrow, half moon shaped piece.

I've never seen a 2.5L tank, only 5L. Both my 97/99 have the 5L tank.
