I made blackout/bug net curtains for every window that attach via magnets behind trim

Reminds me of my old VW bus. The curtains were attached with button snaps instead of magnets, but the idea is the same.

I affixed the magnets first, then replaced the trim and used more magnets and some butcher paper to make the patterns. I'd suggest doing the same because your magnet placement will invariably be slightly different
