Yup, thanks for the reminder. Here is the list of vacuum hose part numbers, and clamps, where applicable.
All the ones in green are available, I got most of them from Amayama. A few others I had to source from other places (e.g. Toyota Parts Deal). The ones in red are discontinued.
Note that hose 8 is a generic 90999-92002 cut-to-length Toyota vacuum hose. The part numbers in the diagram also call out the required cut length (e.g. L=150 means 150 mm).
