RPM Fab WARNING!!
Edited: AGAIN, Emailed the company to see if RPM fab was what was purchased.......for clarification purposes..... cause no one really knows.
RPM FAB “has been purchased”....by RPM Motorsports.... Take that how you will. Home
in all honesty it does sorta suck cause I really liked the rear bumper and have been saving up to make a cash purchase (we don’t do credit cause Dave Ramsey said). I also liked their front bumper, plus the whole support your local business thing. I don’t know what is going on with RPM Motorsports buying it, what that means for people who dropped thousands and received nothing or the people who got screwed at the expo.

My post was directed towards the post I quoted, and has nothing to do with what you quoted in addition.
Public tax information from the state of Arizona shows ownership of RPMfab to be Rycroft Enterprises. Also shows them owning Rycroft Steering, and a tinting company.
The RPM mentioned above is a high speed performance shop that specializes in exhaust, and turbos. Also, the owner of that company is some dude named Martin.
Man, forums will completely trash a company with zero involvement in the issue at hand.

I emailed RPM Motorsports to ask if they bought ownership of RPM Fab and if they planned on continuing operation of the off-road products. Have not received a response yet. Being from AZ and being a member of a 4runner club here with people who paid and lost their money I kind of have a little different insight as do a lot of AZ people. Nothing wrong with “bashing” if it’s done with facts. How would you feel if you bought a $2700 rear bumper to later get a letter saying you won’t be getting your purchase or your money?

You should have started this thread with facts, and continued to used them throughout. You failed to do so in your first post, and have continued to do so with this post. Hopefully you remove your post about RPM Custom Fabraication once the air is cleared. After doing some digging this morning. It appears Don Rycroft also owned RPM Metal Design, and that was the manufacturing side of RPMfab. That website is also down.
Arizonia Tax Lien w/actual debt of less than $42k and not nearly $50k - Link
I'm not saying you're 100% wrong on the possibility of the buyout, but it's very unlikely. I'm willing to bet they tell you they have no part of RPMfab, and for this reason. According to Arizona there will be an auction to recover back taxes. That means the other RPM company could not have legal purchased RPMfab due to the tax lien. Unless there's some underling information that isn't public. The only potential upside to this right now is that RPMfab has not filed for bankruptcy. So a potential buyout isn't out of the question. Highly unlikely considering how involved the state is now.
It wouldn't bother my much if I didn't receive a roof rack I paid for, and I wouldn't post false information online about it. I wouldn't be happy, but I wouldn't loose sleep over it either. Maybe my age has made me a bit wiser with how I spend my money, and the process of spending it. Everything I purchase is through Paypal or on my credit card (points!). I can file fraud claims with both, and get my money back in a couple days. Hell, you can even do that if you use debit. All you need to do is take the paid receipt to your bank with the email from the company stating your order won't be fulfilled, and they'll investigate.
Being from Arizona doesn't put you in any different of a position than anyone else, and should be used as a leverage point on this thread. Anyone who paid money to this company, and didn't receive there product is in the same boat. No matter what state they're from. They ran a group buy on here, and took several members money. While this does suck for those that paid, shit does happen.

@ eimkeith
, think you have name covered. lol.
As for RPM Motorsports buying RPM Fab I can see a plan where all parties benefit from this time will tell. Motorsports gets another branch under name umbrella. Fab gets out with cash for uncle sam or Motorsports assumes debt purchase price adjusted, for this sale to develop so quickly I bet it was in the making.
Hopefully when dust settles Motorsports makes good on orders, not knowing either company I'm not betting either way, will be interesting how this plays out.

You posted this while I was responding, what I said means little though possible.

It really sucks, and I honestly feel bad for the people that lost. Especially those that might have paid cash or debit since they run the risk of not being able to file a fraud claim. There's already talk about BAMF bidding on the auction when it comes up like they did with Pelfry.

@ MStudt
, That's a good thing to be hearing with BAMF, and smart of them. Don't remember hearing how BAMF handled Pelfry's customers after purchase do you know?
I've made one high dollar purchase for front bumper, with CC card was nervous the whole 3 months. Knew I was somewhat protected, dreading hassle if things went south.
Wanting a rear bumper to match front, I found a shop 15 mi/20 min from me will work with me on design, I'll be getting dirty so it's cost effective, solves my problem.

Is this "RPM Custom Fabrication" that was acquired by RPM-Motorsports the same Rycroft Enterprises Enterprises Incorporated DBA RPMFab and Arizona Mountain Window Tint (see tax lien link MStudt posted) that closed shop?
It's not like an automotive related business with "RPM" in their name is rare LOL

I don't really know how BAMF handled it. From what it sounded like they tried to make things as right as possible with the inventory they purchased, but what else can you really do? It was up to the person that lost out to contact them with proof of purchase. I believe everything else was sold off, and maybe some of the profit was used to pay back?

No, they are not one in the same. Rycroft Enterprises, RPM Custom Fabrication, and RPM-Motorsports are NOT the same. That information was posted by
@ AZBub
, and there are no facts to back it up. That person found this website, and I guess assumed it was RPMfab. When in reality this is RPMfab. The name is close, but close is not the same.
These are the Rycroft Enterprises Companies
Also, Don IV is the owner of Alpha Bravo Firearms which was opened in late 2018. Don IV was also one of the principles of RPMfab.

I have no problem accepting the truth, if you somehow have factual information that rpm custom fab and rpm fab aren’t one in the same and would be happy to adjust my post accordingly. No need to be insulting. I do think it’s fair I posted a warning about it. I do think it’s fair that I stated that I did reach out through email to get some info. If BAMF, according to you, may bid on the rights (cause you have and shared information that cannot be verified), did or may purchase the rights that’s great, he will probably get an order from me via paypal for a 3rd gen rear bumper if they are ever offered again....I hope that’s true and not a rumor.
I’m old too, I don’t have money to throw around,. I’m sure there are plenty like myself who appreciate warnings. I’m also not a fan of internet flame wars.
I also edited my OP. You cannot state i’m saying anything false there...or started the thread without facts....
I also edited the post in regards to the company purchase and made it clear I contacted them for clarification.

I want to say that I was not trying to insult you in the slightest, and if I did I'm sorry for that!
It really pisses me off when inaccurate information is posted, and there's a ton of it about what's going on with RPMfab. Inaccurate information is information with no factual base for backing. That would be the claim about RPM Custom Fabrication being bought by RPM-Motorsports
RPM Motorsports business registration - sole owner is Martin Scott
RPM Custom Manufacturing (Redline Performance Manufacturing)- sole owner is/was James Haboush
The only active business license in the state or Arizona is currently listed for Rarey& Rycroft Enterprises, and this is Don IV's company for Alpha Bravo Firearms.

It’s why I edited my posts for clarification. Cant say I wasn’t a little pissed when I posted the OP. I went to their site to buy a front bumper to take advantage of the post Expo sale, and discovered all this in the process.
