Gen4 front bumper RPM FAB

Recently I have been getting into over-landing, and decided to begin with a front bumper from my Gen 4 runner. Reached out to Don over at RPM FAB the 1st week of May, he began to tell me about the product and materials used to produce his products. Placed my order and pre-paid for a front bumper. 2 weeks later I got an email from Michelle Rycroft, saying that my order was not going to be fulfilled. No mention of my refund was mentioned. I've tried reach outing via email, phone, text on several occasions regarding my refund and no contact has been made. I saved my money for a really long time to buy this bumper and I am really bummed out because I don't know if I will get my money back. I hope they do the right thing and return my money.

did you pay in cash? if you used a credit card or even a Visa debit you can dispute it with visa.
