Rear blower always running!?

Hey yall, I recently noticed that there is a constant sound of air blowing in my 3rd gen. It sounds like the blower under the passenger seat (rear blower?) is constantly running on high. I can barely hear myself think. I know that a lot of times people forget that the rear control switch is on, but I have double checked this several times and I know it is OFF. Anyone run into this before, or know what to do?? It's pretty obnoxious

Be certain that the switch is off. Off is the center position. If it's truly off and still running, the switch is pretty suspect.

That switch is pretty easy to access. Remove the two bolts at the bottom of the storage compartment and lift up.
