Broken power driver seat button

Stepped up on the door sill to reach the roof and my toe clipped and broke part of the driver's power seat control. Awesome.

Still figuring out if I can glue/epoxy the particular control back on, but in the mean time I was wondering if someone with power seats could tell me what "adjustment" I broke? In the picture you can see it is the front-most toggle. It looks similar to the middle and rear-most toggle. I don't adjust the seat a whole lot aside from the back and moving it forward to clear debris under the seat, but I hate having things remain broken on this car.

Any info on what that particular toggle controls would be appreciated. Thank you!

The front one on mine is fixed for a 1999 Limited with leather power seats. Only the middle and rearmost are function switches. The front one is a pivot guide pin only. I will just make it harder to manipulate the switch accurately without the pin there.

^^ Likewise on my 97 Limited. That switch assy is $155 (84922-35010) so I'd start looking for one at your nearest junk yard.

Thank you for the feedback. I figured that replacing that piece would be expensive so that is not an option. The button cover does still stay on but as you pointed out, it is flimsier.

But that is good to know that the part that I broke isn't an actual moving part; the seat retains full functionality it seems. I will see if I can reattach it somehow.
