No answer at FN wheels?
I called them in mid April, left message, and two days later got a call back and talked to them about buying a set of the FX TRD PRO 17" wheels
They said they would be available the end of May. Since then I have called several times, left messages, and emailed but have gotten no response. Has anyone else had this problem? It's kind of odd when a customer has to keep repetitively calling to say please take my money. When I originally spoke to them, they put me on an order list I was told. I don't know if they went out of business or what. I really want these wheels over others but I may have to go another route. Does anyone have any insider information about this? It's crazy to me.

I'm in the same boat. Been trying to order a set for a month with no reply to email, website contact form, or phone calls.

When I was shopping for wheels last fall, they made the short list. FWIW, they were quite slow at times in getting back with me also. Not sure if they have multiple email addresses, but this is what I used: [email protected]
Good luck.
I ended-up going with SCS. I like their presence on the forum, that they were super responsive, and in my case, somewhat local (no shipping).

Not sure how true any of this is but I've heard from a few people over the last few weeks the FN is closing up shop. Again it's all rumors I've heard from others in the community but could explain their lack of responsiveness

It's very fishy when all the wheels they sell are sold out on their site.
Mike

I've tried every number and emailed them at their address and absolutely nothing. I've called from beginning to end of the day with nothing. I did however talk to one dealer on line in Canada that says they're supposed to have a shipment in two weeks. So I guess we'll see what happens? I'll try and call them to see if they get them in, then I guess we'll know if it's for real they're still in production. If not I'm thinking about going with HELO wheels. Has anyone used the before?

That'll suck if it's true. They've got good looking wheels and its nice having a variety of different styles.

I sent them an email yesterday and haven't heard back. The last time I spoke to Dustin, he said they were moving to a new warehouse and were waiting for the delivery of more inventory. But that was supposed to happen back in May.

That would suck for me. They were part of my build list probably later this year.

This is disappointing to hear. I ordered my FN5's last October and Dustin was very helpful and great to work with. Wish I would have ordered a 5th now for a spare.

He was asking if anyone had finally heard from FN wheels in the 3 weeks since this thread was started. Go be a dick somewhere else.
