It has set a entire week while on vacation, no leaks on the ground. I put the fluid in yesterday. Came out this morning and I see a spot under the Runner. Ran finger through and it's not oil, can't really smell or feel anything. Concrete soaked it up. It needs an oil change, guess I'll see what the shop can find while they are under there.

After you topped off the brake fluid, you didnt clarify, but I'm assuming the brake fluid was low again afterwards?
Following the brake lines is pretty easy, and it will show obvious signs where the leak is coming from. After i did my TBU and bled the system, couple days later I decided to recheck everything, and sure enough I had a small leak from my hardline going into the caliper. Just tightened it up and no more leak.
