Found a Unicorn - Manual Window 3rd Gen
This really is one of those things you hear about every once in a while, but never see. This is the first time I've ever actually seen a 3rd Gen with manual windows, period. Never seen pictures and definitely hadn't seen it in person.
Here's what it actually looks like.

Man those are awesome....I had a 95 22RE 5sp manual windows. Gang Bangers lit it on fire....I loved that rig...perfect hunting rig!
I was just telling someone the other day...I wish they made a Runner with vinyl floor, roll up windows, AC, Heater, Radio, and seats!! Less crap to go wrong and would be a lot cheaper to buy.

I'm working on getting the whole setup from the guy just so they don't go to the crusher. Will have them sitting in the shop shortly with any luck.

I assume it's a 96-98 3RZ manual? What year?

When I was searching 6 years ago I found a sport with manual windows. Not sure how what was achieved but it was very interesting to see.

I was actually somewhat surprised. The truck is a 1996 base 3rz like you'd expect, but it actually has a few small options like the rack, rear spoiler, clock etc. And most surprising to me it is auto AND 4x4.

Trying to get all 4 doors, rear frames are probably bent, it is whacked in the back worse than I've ever seen, but I think the regulators and everything would probably work in a power window door shell.
