Preventitive Maint parts order, am I missing anything?

I'm finally getting to the point where I have some time to put into addressing deferred maintenance (and doing some preventative). Looking to just make one order for OEM parts, so if I can get some eyeballs on here to see if I've missed anything or make suggestions on things I might have missed, it'd be appreciated. The one PM job I've done already is a radiator replacement w/ upper and lower hoses, T-stat is part of the timing belt kit below.

Fluid changes job
fuel filter 23300-62030 33.53
FIPG Trans 00295-01281 18.84
Trans drain washer 35178-30010 2.03
trans filter 35330-60030 45.76
transfer case washer(2) 90430-18008 1.37
diff drain washers (3) 12157-10010 1.18
90430-24003 1.56
engine oil (5) 90430-12028 0.95

valve cover gasket job
throttle body gasket PTR29-60030 35.64
Plenum Gasket (2) 17176-62040 9.91
valve cover gasket (2) 11213-62020 24.80
PCV Valve 12204-62010 9.76
PCV grommet 90480-18001 4.40
half-moon plug (4) 11183-62010 6.84
valve cover washers(16) 90210-05007 1.01
camshaft plugs (2) 11188-62010 9.61
sparkplug tubeseals (6) 11193-70010 2.75
FIPG 00295-00103 12.55

(Note: I already have plugs and plug wires)

LBJ job
Flanged bolt (8) 90080-10066 1.18
Right LBJ 43330-39585 110.28
Left LBJ 43340-39465 110.28

shifter bushings (4) 90385-11003 1.27
transmission dipstick 35103-35350 20.34

rear axle breather 90930-03136 3.38

I'll be picking up a timing belt/water pump kit through ebay (all OEM except the 2 idlers and the water-pump, those 3 changes account for more than a 50% price reduction and I've used this kit in my prior T100).

Past this lot is suspension (Bilstein 6112/5160 set), and associated bushings ~ but I figured I'd play those by ear unless someone has a convincing argument otherwise. Talking about a '99 that's all stock with 194k miles and doesn't Look to have been used very hard.

Thanks folks.

Looks pretty thorough. I would add greasing the u joints, and drives shafts.

Make sure your TB kit comes with new OEM camshaft seals and a new OEM front main seal. If not, order them separately. My front main wasn't leaking but both of my cam seals were leaking at 210k miles.

Also, I wouldn't FIPG the transmission pan. Buy an aftermarket rubber gasket and use that instead. If for some reason you need to drop the pan again (shift solenoid goes bad), removing all of that RTV/FIPG is a real PITA. I've been using a rubber gasket for many years now without it leaking a drop and you can reuse it.

Other than that, looks like you got a good list going and a couple weekends of work.

Good luck

Thanks. I'd just hit all the grease fittings on Friday.

Okay, TB kit is this one: NEW GENUINE TOYOTA 3.4 V6 5VZFE WATER PUMP TIMING BELT KIT 17 PCS 4RUNNER TACOMA | eBay

It does come with the crank and cam seals.

Looking around for info on the transmission rubber gasket it seems there's an overwhelming preference for FIPG among those who have experience with both. I'll keep looking, won't hurt to have the FIPG on hand if I decide to go with the gasket.

I used the same FIPG for the valve cover half moons and the transmission pan gasket. No leaks from either in the last couple months either FWIW. 00295-00103

Absolutely nothing wrong with using FIPG it's just more work if you ever need to take the pan back off.

There are a handful of us who have been using a rubber tranny gasket and to my knowledge, zero issues reported.

Good luck
