OEM Toyota Bug Deflector Vibration

Hello, I have recently bought an OEM Toyota Bug Deflector for my 1998 4Runner. It seems to create some good vibration (I can see it move a bit) on the highway. The deflector itself also moves slightly but that is to be expected. Is there any way to stop my hood from vibrating at highway speeds? It does not vibrate when the deflector was not installed. Thanks.

Mine fluttered terribly at highway speeds. I adopted a cowl hood bumper from a late 1st Gen Taco ('01-04), although you can probably fabricate your own bumper. Hood is now completely still.

Mine bounced around a lot too. Mine was fixed by a piece of wood that fell off the back of a truck on the freeway at 70mph... Shattered the bug delector and left a dent on the hood but the hood doesn't bounce around anymore
