Actually just watched it this AM, been binge watching Rear Axle Seal replacement videos. Very nice job putting it together. A lot of work goes into videos, filming (?) them is hard enough, then trying to edit it all is very time consuming. Making it watchable is on another level

@ Hopeless Diamond
came by today and picked this up from me to get his rear axles done. Of course, we couldn't help but chit chat for a while about 4Runner stuff, so my wife was right about how long it was going to take
Updated the spreadsheet as well.

Hey there, new to the forum!
I just bought a 4runner. A 2001 limited in Millenium Silver. Can't stop looking at it.
Had to do an inspection on the vehicle and things that didn't pass were the seized bell cranks and passenger side rear axle seal was shot. I put in the dorman cranks and changed out the inner seal, no leak so far but it was a temporary fix to pass inspection.
I ordered new bearings, seals and everything from Amayama but am pretty intimidated by the installation process without this tool. I was trying to figure out if I should buy it and then try to resell it but this loaner idea seems even more ideal.
I'm up in "Canuckistan" but am willing to pay whatever the shipping comes to. It shouldn't be much more I imagine.
Willing to provide ID or whatever needed to confirm the validity due to low post count. Been lurking for weeks and gotten an amazing slew of tips and tricks to get my 4runner running happy as a fat boy with cake.
TIA

Sorry
@ kryptonitewhale
, I've got to keep this in the lower 48. They're aren't terribly expensive off of Ebay, assuming shipping doesn't get you.
So, update to the list:
@ Hopeless Diamond
picked this up locally from me and got it back the next week along with A Little Sumpin' Sumpin'. Thank you kind sir!! I've updated the Google sheet and it's open for whomever would need it next.
Cheers

Sounds good. You're first in line right now. Ashamed, I could have helped you out not long ago since I was living up off of Metric Blvd there in Austin about 2 years ago.

Newb here, not in need of the tool (yet), but wanted to say it is freaking awesome a year later this system is still working. I'm somewhat amazed but mostly thankful this community is so awesome. A huge thank you to weekendclimber for making this a reality.

Sorry. I lost track of this thread a little bit.
So, I currently have
@ rexassian
next on the list. I'm not sure if he's still in need of this, so I'll have him chime it. Looks like then
@ TW44LR
would be next and then
@ ride4x4forlife
. Post up here
@ rexassian
if you could switch spots for someone more in immediate need.
I've updated the spreadsheet on the first post.
