Problem with Daystar Lift

I was installing, well trying to install, a 2.5" Daystar Spring Lift with new KYB/Moob Springs (yes I know they will probably fail on me eventually). I had a problem when the LCA was pushed down enough to fit the strut, the UBJ shroud would hit the spring. I tried turning it around 180 degrees (the spring) and it did the same thing. Was I doing something wrong? I tried doing it with the UBJ attached and detached along with all of the brake line brackets and didn't have any luck. Am I missing a step? I returned it because I didn't want to not be able to return it by the due date but I can reorder it. I never knew anyone having this kind of issue and everything said it was straight forward but I was battling it for hours on end to get it to work properly.

Any suggestions or help? Other than angle grinding the UBJ shroud away.

There are more choices for spring direction that 180* apart. It took a few tries to find an orientation that clears in the front when I did my lift in the front (different spring and shock choices, but same issue).

Man, that's a lot of spring compressing to get it to work sadly.
