Don't know if they're nation wide but XLAutoparts are very reasonable. Only problem is their website...

Agree, what’s wrong with Camelback? It’s been a couple months since I’ve ordered anything, but I’ve been using them for years with no problem. Plus I get free one day shipping!

Conicelli Toyota

Hello all I cant say enough good things about Conicelli Toyota.
I placed my order it shipped the next day and Fed Ex promptly lost it.
One phone call to the dealership and my order was delivered the following day after sitting at Fed Ex for three days. Ray.

Yeah the guys at Conicelli are great.
Derek is the go to guy for any specific parts questions but the parts department on a whole works great.
Placed an order last week after hours in a hurry as they were offering an extra 10% off. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong parts.
Shot them an email with order number and they responded first thing next morning, corrected my order, applied adjustment to credit card and shipped the parts on their way.
On a previous order of some clips for tailgate one of the clips arrived cracked. Within couple days replacement arrived with a Toyota t-shirt for the inconvenience.
Great crew!

Luckily for me, Camelback is right down the road so even though some other places might have a cheaper price online, Camelback still comes out on top when you factor in shipping. Plus it's good to build a relationship with your parts guy IMO.

Even though Camelback no longer does free shipping, they were still cheapest (on a $1100 order) over EVERY OTHER OPTION, and I tried every place listed in the forums to try. Sometimes by as little as $50, sometimes by as much as $500.

But that was only true for that big order. Given the shipping costs, I'm finding that my local dealer (Lagrange, GA) is easily within a few cents of the best overall prices I can find with tax being less than shipping in most cases for orders under ~$200, then no real benefit for another couple hundred dollars (cost difference isn't enough to switch from local where I can have support). Sadly, I didn't know they had a system when I made my Camelback order... found it after the fact (it's not linked on their dealer page).

So check your local dealer. No, not in person/over the phone, check to see if they have an online system... there's a HUGE difference for me there. They wanted $27 for a key in person, and it's $20 online.

Toyota of Dallas has a decent online order system with decent pricing - and they do free local pickup with online orders. It's a bit hard to find that option in their system, but it's there. No connection save as a customer. https://www.toyotaofdallas.com/parts/shop.htm

I found this out with my local Honda dealership (minivan) - our closest dealer is within 5% of the best prices I could find online and they have a pickup option, so no shipping costs. I'll be checking the local Toyota dealers next time I have a big order.

In person, my closest Toyota dealer is one of those 50% markup from MSRP-type places, so I avoid it as much as I can. There are other options along my commute though, so I have options.

Yes their phone people know nothing about vehicles. They just read scripts. They dont know how to build a complete order. They wont send me a check list before purchasing. Totally dumbasses with funky snotty internet attitudes. Phone people have no idea of customer service
