I just finished installing new LCA's, UCA bushings, UBJ's, LBJ's, sway bar end links, OTR's and steering rack. All parts, bushings and ball joints are Toyota OEM. I did make sure to put the final torque on the UCA bolts when the vehicle was back on the ground. Also added appropriate fluid to steering pump and worked the bubbles out.

I took it for an alignment and tire balance after finishing the install. My immediate observations (some that I didn't/may not have noticed before the alignment) are the front now sits higher giving me a bit of negative rake unloaded. The steering effort is stiffer/more difficult. The steering wheel is centered, but vehicle still pulls slightly to the right, which the mechanic said it would based on the alignment numbers.

Just wanted to check in and see if my alignment numbers look okay, and if the pictures reveal any bad angles for the ball joints or cv axles? Curious if anybody could explain the stiffer steering? My truck has tundra springs up front, OME 906 in rear with Bilstein 5100 all around and coilovers set at the lowest perch. This netted me about 2 inches of lift so, have remained with stock UCA's.

Please let me know if you see anything of concern. I'm one of those guys that likes things to be right and knows no one cares about their stuff more than the owner. It seems every time I hand something over to someone to do work, they mess it up some how. This time was no different as they used some sort of chemical to set the weights on the tire balance I guess and it reacted with the paint on the wheel... son-of-a. So of course I start to second guess their alignment work after that. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Looks good to me. You are right on the edge of need control arms. As long as your caster is within .1 of each other, you are good. A set of adjustable UCA's would get you back up to the 3.8 caster, which will improve the steering feel at high speed. You'll probably notice the front end is a bit twitchy at freeway speeds, but it's totally manageable.

Thank you for your input! Any idea why I would be sitting higher after new bushings or a new alignment? I'll probably look into new control arms to gain back some caster.

I'll plan on cleaning the screen in the steering fluid reservoir to see if that helps with the stiff steering, but it could just be cause of the new joints and steering guide in the new rack.
