Part number needed for plastic plugs/clips that break when accesing antenna motor

Noticed my power antenna was smacking trees when I was off roading this weekend, so i turned off the radio to lower the antenna. Got home and started to wash the truck when I noticed the antenna was gone. The black collar part was still there but the rest fell down inside the fender well. Lost the top nut as well (I have that part number).

I haven't gotten it out yet but I'm assuming the motor is supposed to be bolted to something and not just dangling from that top nut. Hopefully that bolt is still in there somewhere.

Wasn't the only thing I broke on this trip but I guess it happens. Snapped the driver side sway bar end link right below the wrench point at the top. The bottom portion fell into the cv boot and it appears to have pushed off the smaller boot clamp. Fun greasy stuff.

Thanks.
