Driving with nowhere to go

Anybody ever drive with nowhere to go? I just got my 4Runner and I love it and I just want to drive it all the time. Does anybody else do this? Or am I crazy.

When I bought my 78 F250 in 1987 at 19 years old I absolutely felt exactly the way you describe. I had a lot less responsibilities and a lot more time to hang out with friends and drive around aimlessly or go 4 wheeling. I love my Gen 3 T4R and totally enjoy driving it, but don't drive around just for fun too much anymore.

Yep; but not just in my T4R. I have a few other fun to drive/ride vehicles too so they get some love as well.

With house, family and hobby project I do that very rare. But sometimes I do. Just google any forest I can find in 2-3hr of reach and drive there with no purpose. Just driving, enjoying and exploring.

My 'runner is no longer the DD,but I do drive it to work on Fridays. I actually enjoy gassing it up and going for a few hours of back road driving. It's the only vehicle that I've owned in a LONG time that makes me smile while driving it.
