Mostly the TPS throw a CEL when they start going. I agree with the others. Do a service manual test on that TPS. That is jumping all over the place like it doesn't know what to do.. It wouldn't be the first time a TPS is bad and the CEL isn't being thrown on.

My crazy thought is that you have a bad TPS, which is confusing the ECU as to what gear it should be in...

Lucky for you the tps can be replaced separately from the throttle body for your vehicle. Part number is 89452-35020 for a new throttle position sensor.

Edit: If you need to replace it or decide to throw a part at it.

It would be best to TEST the TPS before just throwing parts at it. Sometimes aftermarket parts will cause more problems than they solve. Also, you need a multimeter to adjust the new TPS after install, I believe...

Like Charlie said TEST the TPS sensor. I said best to Test the TPS sensor as it may not be the problem and you be throwing money out of the window.

Do you have a kick down cable and is it hooked up? TPS, TCC & park/neutral switch seem like possibilities as well.
