Likely annoying boneheaded lift question

I promise I searched and read.

I've got a crazy lean I posted about before. I had an issue with the driver rear trail arm mount at the frame. New saf t cap welded in and everything is square and perfect. The lean however persists. On a previous post some suggested that my rear suspension was in rough shape. No bump stops, etc.

Sooooo, I'm looking at my options. Right now I have 2" tall springs. I have brand new 275/75/16 MTs. The front sits perfect and has lots of new components and a good alignment. It's the rear that's bottoming out on the trail and rubbing when stressed.

The Toytec 3" is $900. It's nice but in the last two months I've done a new ARB bumper, winch, and new set of tires. Will it be a problem if put something like OME 890s and Bilsteins back there? The rear will likely be a little higher and will have a different spring rate than the front. I did build a shelf system and keep a bunch of tools and equipment back there.

TLDR: rear suspension is borked and I'm trying to be cheap.

The Dobinsons springs are different sizes for each side to combat the lean. Might consider that option if everything else is square and as expected.

Dobinsons 5th Gen T4R Suspension options - lots of choices

I'm not sure about 3G options, but worth a look.

have you taken a good look under there to see if the springs are seated correctly and that you’re not missing parts?

I just put some 890s on my rig and went from 19.75” to 22.5” hub to fender in the back. already had bilstein 5100s

edit: the 890s are slightly taller on the drivers side, you could also put a 10mm spacer on top.
