Supercharger setup

Ok been planning a supercharger build for the last year. I had OBX headers installed two years ago because my manifolds were leaking and figured while i was in there mine as well. I’ve piecing it all together and this is what i have . I scored a rebuilt 1st gen supercharger with all new parts for a deal too good to pass up. I installed a Devils Own universal kit to come on with any boost. Also wired in a Kenne Bell boost a pump . I’ve read this with the meth can handle fuel issues . I’ve bought the recommended colder plugs and Toyota thermostat . Boost gauge and AF gauge are already installed. The supercharger has factory pulley on it and I plan on running it for now . But would I be able to step it up to the next smaller size without any further modifications? Also I’m running factory exhaust after headers . Will this kill any performance. I like how quiet factory system is . Thanks in advance

This question might be better asked in this thread:
The 3.4L TRD Supercharger Thread

There's lots of information there and lots of knowledgeable guys that contribute to it.

I run the 2nd gen black super charger with the medium pulley size and doug thorley headers and a TRD catback setup.

it's not loud but louder than stock for sure. it might bother you but I'm old and can't really hear anymore so it does not bother me. you will be fine with stock headers but aftermarket will give a nice little pop in HP. 10-15 I think. you should be able to get a high flow muffler that keeps headers quiet.

I don't run any fuel mods with the med pulley size it has been working fine for the last couple of years. no trouble. I would think you probably are going to need to mess with fuel if you drop to the smallest pulley.

if your engine is running well now and your cooling setup is working correctly then you probably have nothing to worry about.

Sounds like you just need some kind of controller for timing and you'd be able to run whatever pulley you want.
