Those do not look deep enough to me. I'd contact Trail Gear, and your money back. Seems they cheaped out on parts when they bought All-Pro.

no those c clip grooves are not deep enough.

Ive contacted all pro and havent heard back. Ill reach out again. I knew it was too small but it was my first time messing with this so I wasnt sure

if they dont respond you may need to make a trip to your bank and see if you can get your money back. if you do go this route, take print outs of your emails and/or call logs. the more evidence you can show your bank, the better.

Based off the pictures, looks like the coupler of the ball joint sheared, causing bj and spindle to drop and control arm to move upward. Can you get a picture of the coupler with ball joint removed?
