There should have been a pre inspection for loose/worn parts before the alignment was done. If the caster and camber have no change and Toe changes then the area you look at is the Tie rod ends. The outers if warn are are easy to see the inners are more difficult. You can lift each front tire while leaving the other tire on the ground grab the tire at 3 and 9 o clock push on one side pull on the other in both directions if you should not feel any movment.
If you feel movement then the worn part needs to be replaced what you replace on one side you replace on the other and realigned. Toe angles can cause tire wearing but only seen over time. Tires that are not toed in enough can cause a wandering condition were you constantly have to steer on straight open road.
If you have a misaligned steering wheel, have a driving pull to either side or the wandering condition then take it back have the manager drive it with you and show him or her whats going on they will decide what the next course of action will be. If there are no movement of the tires, no pulls and no wandering then I would just drive it. I can not explain the results of the print outs.
If you take it back to the shop that did the alignment and there are parts that need to be replaced then they should should not charge you for the alignment after the worn parts are replaced but they will charge you for the parts and the R and R of the parts. If you had the second alignment done at a different shop then getting that money back will be difficult.
good luck
