Does this happen when idling? Accelerating? Cruising? Or all three?

Someone else already asked it, but does it change when the RPMs of the truck changes?
It doesn't sound like the rear fan to me but might as well eliminate that : Make sure it's turned off.

OK so, its audible as soon as i start BB. Quite a loud hissing.
Anyway i just checked my AC refrigerant as the AC is not blowing cold and there was almost 0 on the gauge. So Probably a AC leak in that area?

If you had an A/C leak that you could hear then it would all leak out in a minute or 2 and then there would be nothing to hear.
What does BB mean?

I find that most of the annoying hissing noises from the passenger side stop once I no longer have the fiance in the truck.

UPDATE:
So i listened carefully for about a minute or so and i could also hear an intermittent click every so often?
In another thread someone mentioned Brake Booster but it was never confirmed and a fix was never posted...

brake booster is on left.
I'd suspect the anti-lock brake pump, it's on the right in front of passenger compartment. Sometimes they buzz or hiss as they attempt to get pressure up, this can go on for 30 seconds on some vehicles.
Just a thought....
Luck and enjoy the Runner.

Since "fiance" is the male equivalent of "fiancee". I assume Ryan is usually the passenger?

Sorry for the misspelled "fiancee"
Good thing the grammar police with minors in gender studies are never too far away to keep it real! Lol
