I can't quiet grasp your data posted but p0171 is an unmetered air and lean code. Clean or replace your maf if you don't have a vacuum leak. It could also be related to fuel pressure which would mean, fuel filter, fuel pump (test the resistance) or very seldom fpr
edit: iF the air fliter is dirty replace that too..

Your ecu is trying to make up for a lot of air entering after the maf.
Hence to almost pegged -25.8 LTFT.
The extra air could be coming in almost anywhere between the manifolds and maf. Most common one is the aging rubber coupling right before the throttle body.

I sprayed that hose/line with carb cleaner. All vacuum lines were soaked and no difference in idle. Is there any other way to check that?

Check the vacuum hose going to the fuel pressure regulator for the presence of fuel.
If the for bellows is ripped and leaking, raw fuel could be traveling through the vacuum hose.
Sorry, got confused earlier. The ecu is trying to lean out the engine cause its seeing too much fuel.

Likely a stuck open injector, but try pulling the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator to see if there's any fuel in the vacuum line or coming from the vacuum line fitting on the fuel pressure regulator. Your engine is trying to reduce fuel so it's not a vacuum leak or unmetered air. How does your exhaust smell?
