Normal parasitic draw should be under 100mA, preferably below 60. It is completely normal for a car that has been sitting for months to not start due to normal current draw. New cars will go dead in a month usually due to the 20 computers in them, overnight if one single module doesn't go to "sleep". When you said it had power until you turned the key that indicates to me you have a bad connection right at the battery. Super common problem. If you can wiggle one of your terminals even a tiny bit it will cause those symptoms. People bring me cars all the time that they couldn't jump start or they just put a battery in and it still won't start and it just has a bad connection.
