I'm running the 890's with tundra billstein in the rear. Fits very well with the Tundra TRD's on Tundra billstein first clip up front, just a slight rake.
Problem with the 890's is that with any weight (3 teens in the back seat or 300# of pig feed or camping gear for a weekend) the back sags down to just below level and it sways and bobs fairly noticeably.
I may go back to air bags or try the 891's. Haven't decided yet.
891 are reported as a 210# spring rate and .63 diameter coil.
they need to make a 200# 890.5 coil.
OME 2890 190 .591
OME 2891 210 0.63
OME 2906 220 .669

Which struts were you running with OME 891. I have a similar rear set up. And I am looking at new Icon 2.5 for my front as well with my bumper and winch

Bilstein 24-100144 with the 890's and 891's. Been waiting for my second 33-187174 to come in for a month or more now. Just one lonely strut sittin' in a garage...

Just installed my rear half of the lift today, with my 210v and Tokicos. Man, is it a lot of lift without any weight. Definitely gonna have to pick up some sandbags until I snag a rear bumper. Kinda wishing I went with the 675v coils, but I vaguely remember something putting me off about them. Didn't fit, maybe? Too lazy to look it up lol
Boy let me tell you, getting those rear shocks out was impossible, especially with the gas tank in the way. Ended up taking a sawzall to the old ones since they were smoked anyways, made life a bit easier 
Anybody know where to get sandbags? Lowes/Home Depot?

80 lbs bags of quickrete from home depot for $4.50. 3 or 4 would compress the top of the coils and mimic a bumper with tire carrier.

Might forego the sandbags, kinda like how she sits as is!
I put the taller 210v on the drinkers side since I had typical toyota lean, but someone my passenger rear is now slightly taller? By slightly I mean just under 1/8in, but still odd

Indeed so! Loads of clearance now. The rear's a little high for my taste, but I loaded it up with 200lbs of concrete to simulate a bumper and it sat perfect, so I'm pretty excited to grab one. The rake isn't horrible either, can't see it from my driveway but I got about an inch or so? Just enough to give it an aggressive stance without being ridiculous. Of course, can expect some settling
All in all, very happy. I take the backroads all the way to work, and while I beat traffic by a mile they used to be hell to drive on at times - now I eat up all the bends, bumps and cracks it throws at me

They are but I have no reason for them, I'll never put myself in a position that'll warrant them. Probably will get skids eventually just to help protect the undercarriage, though sliders would look good with tube bumpers in both front and rear

Not to further derail the thread but sliders have saved my ass far, far more times than bumpers have. If you’re ever going to play in the rocks, get sliders. They’re cheap.

(Danger - temporary derailment ahead):
Yep, and they protect one of the most vulnerable and difficult to repair parts of the truck. I am getting sliders before I get armored bumpers (unless someone has a killer deal on used gear in NorCal).
