Looks like the old Savage Offroad bumper that they stopped making about 4 years ago. They actually just recently discontinued their more current iteration too.

That is a real slick looking bumper. Although I would advise against Addicted Offroad's rear tube. Mine never fit well, tested on another 4runner and same thing.
