Come on Jordan, you haven't figured out that rattle is the Loose Nut Behind the Wheel?

Owning 5 3rd gens my list is too long to type. My rockers were on the list for a long time. I did get the drivers side completed. I have the passenger side on and primed. I just need to smoothed up and probably reprimered before I paint it.
Weather too crappy to mess with it for now.

A leaking engine oil cooler gasket and water pump.
Having a place to wrench on it is my hang up.

Building bumpers, full front suspension overhaul, manual hub conversion, redoing a lot of interior wiring, front brakes, etc. It's quite a list.

Rear axle seals are leaking. Putting off doing them and rear axle bearings. Just don't have the time or money to do them right now in school.

-Replace driver side door lock actuator with new OEM Aisin unit
-Replace the oil cooler hoses (replacing them preemptively)
-Fix the heat/cold blend door actuator which goes complete bonkers in hot weather
-Replace LCA with new OEM LCAs and new camber adjustment hardware

Planning to knock this list out in summer.

Need but put off 'till timing belt time: Valve cover gaskets. Preventative: Fuel pump. Parts on hand soon: Heater hoses, heater valve, oil cooler water hoses.

Fuel pump and fuel level sender are sitting in boxes and are first on my list. Have and extended crank time and my gauge drops really fast. I can only get 13gal in at empty.

I've just spent $4k(more than I paid for my truck) on all new OEM suspension parts from McGeorge that need to get installed. Purchased all 4 ball joints, all 4 front and 4 rear control arms, steering rack, rack pressure lines and tierod ends, front and rear swaybar links and bushings, springs and shocks, and finally every single piece of hardware because of rust belt)). Chicago winter is forcing me to wait til spring. My truck rides like hell and has all original suspension(205k mi 20yrs old). Cant wait to get this done

Oh and those rusting rockers need to get addressed. Anyone have success with a body shop replacing rockers on a limited? I am comfortable doing everything except body work...

Last fall during my annual maintenance I discovered that the drivers front swaybar link had broken in half. Not noticing when driven, I just removed the 2 broken halves and moved on.

One of these days I will:

Replace the axle seal on my front differential
Change the oil (assuming there is anything left to 'change') in said differential along with the trans and transfer case
Clean out my PS reservoir screen
Fix whatever it is in the passenger door that kills the stereo when I open the window
Would be nice to have a new vent door behind the back bumper so there wasn't always 4" of dust inside.
The tailgate latch could use some love, or at least some adjustment.
The rust. MY GOD the rust.

I got the diff lock actuator working last week at least. That makes me happy.
