well, i got my small oil seep from the halfmoon sealed up saturday but i have a huge list still.

- coating the inside of the frame to prevent rust
- building the drawer for my rear platform(currently just a cubby hole)
- rear swingout tire carrier and onboard air where tire was
- refinishing my 16s(waiting on my tires to wear)
- installing my inclinometer
- someday a new sunroof track and headliner(maybe)

I've got an intermittent ABS / TRAC / VSC issue I need to resolve. It happens pretty rarely so I've been putting it off until it gets warmer. Might just do an ABS off switch as a work around. Already have the Andy Mod 2.0 to get around the TRAC and VSC.

I've also noticed some high trans temps (up to 260) when on mountain roads in the country (not all that common, tbh). I take it that this is high enough to cause damage, so I'm looking into trans cooler options.

Yeouch... change that fluid ASAP (even just a "splash and dash" quick drain/refill). I haven't gone looking, but that's the highest I've seen posted. Way better to be safe and get that cooked fluid out of there, or at least a Little fresh stuff back in.

Yeah, I did a full flush last month. Fluid didn't look too bad, especially considering it's been 4+ years since it was replaced.

It's passed 200 only a few times before, 99% of the the driving I do keeps the temp within spec. But something I need to take care of for sure.

How do you coat inside the box frame?

Tons of holes in the frame already, you just use an applicator hose like this one:

and your choice of product.
