Just to close this one out, my 4Runner lives on.

Ended up letting my local shop take care of the entire process. I initially stopped by for a quote to have them straighten the frame, found the guy who runs the body shop and he and I were on the same page. He gave me a quote for the full repair, sourcing some used parts and reusing what he could, and it was reasonable so I gave him the green light.

Took $1600 and the shop had it for 4 days to repair, another $200 for the PA enhanced inspection, and $100 and change to do the title work. Ended up with a repaired vehicle, fresh inspection, an R-title and about $2400 for my trouble.

Snapped a couple quick pictures this morning. I threw on a brand new set of Falken Wildpeak 265/75 16's on OEM wheels I had ready to go on before the damage occured.

The only used bumper in the area we could source had fender flares, so I've got a few extra holes but other than that we're in good shape. I gave the plastic a coat of Mother's Back to Black yesterday and I think we're looking pretty good. Gaps all the way around are pretty close, I'm happy with how it ended up.
