Bolt on (No Mod) Off Road Front Bumper?
AS the title states, does anyone know of a bolt on (no mod needed) off road front bumper?
I have a 2002 Limited, which is completely stock right now. I want to give it a little off-road look and would like to change out the front bumper to start. Is there a direct bolt on option?
Thanks

Do you plan on mounting a winch to your bumper or is it purely for aesthetics?

4xInnovations is direct bolt-on.

Not purely for looks. I want to get into off roading but I’m a noob currently.
At this point no, I wont be adding a winch but in the future I might ... just looking for a nice low cost solution ...

ok, unfortunately I don't think there is such a thing as a low cost easy solution. The 4x listed above is the only easy bolt on one I know of...could be wrong...think many require cutting and or wielding on the frame
Sometimes people put these on which look strong, but many call them damage multipliers, as a small hit can shove them into the radiator and hood.
I too would like an easy to bolt on, that would protect my front end more from moose ( moose walk in front of cars up here like deer in the lower 48) but cant afford that and then the extra suspension stuff to handle the extra weight at this time

I have the TJM front bumper on my 2000. Bolts directly on no mods required. The way the winch plate is designed and bolts to the truck is one of the strongest I've seen on a bolt on bumper. I wouldnt think twice about using this bumper to winch me up a hill. Also, you can find them damn cheap. I paid 600 new for mine.

Another for 4xInnovations. The front bumper is 100% bolt on, and no cutting is required for the install. Their front bumper is currently on sale for $606, and ships within 2 weeks. A lot better than the 6-12 week lead time from the others.

I believe so, I will look around and see if I cant find the link again.
I was looking at them a week or so ago believe it was somewhere out of southern Wisconsin thinking $600ish which was more than I was wanting to spend but still considering it if I dont go DIY.
Yep as already been stated it was 4X I was looking at. 1996 - 2002 Toyota 4Runner Front Winch Mount Plate Bumper

That's a lot of money to spend for "looks." It almost seems like a Jeep thing because I just don't understand...

Would you consider a suspension upgrade if just adding the 65lb grill guard that you linked to?

And why didnt you pick one up for me while down there?
Yep I am considering a road trip, Mapquest shows roughly 10hr roundtrip drive time + $80 gas + $40 Wi sales tax due when picking up in person.
Now if I could find 3-4 Minneapolis based buyers willing to spring $50 for delivery of bumpers I could afford the $55 grill guard upgrade
