Washed my switch pro power module in my engine bay. Then I bought a new one and build a cover for it. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Was fighting the transmission when I did the 5 speed swap... had done the entire swap in one day, in a garage, when it was -3* I wouldnt get the bellhousing to seat against the block and fought and fought until I said F*** It... in the process I got a little heated and ended up breaking a finger as I fought it --- Pull the whole thing back out and saw the dowel in the block... then noticed the dowel that had been stuck in the bellhousing.... in the same hole -

Would have bet serious money that the clattering sound under my truck was a dying catalytic converter, so I cut it out with my sawzall (the bolts were seized and I couldn't get get good leverage on them with the cat in the way).
Turns out the noise was the rear DS front u-joint (I swear I checked them before). So I ****ed up a good OEM cat for nothing and had to install a Walker direct fit unit.

Took out the front passenger seat, and when putting it back in cross threaded the bolt and nut like an idiot, and in the process of trying to fix it snapped the tack welded bolt off the body with the bolt in. This nut was like the only one hidden in a small metal channel in the body, so I had to drill a hole underneath to get to the inside of the channel to get the nut off the bolt, and ended up fixing with a new bolt and nut and plugging the hole

Broke the overflow nipple coming out of the radiator filler neck while doing the timing belt job cause I didn't remove the radiator after draining.

yes it is a mod real easy to do I just ordered a switch on amazon and put it in on the power wire on the new stereo. I put it out of sight under the cigarette lighter on the shifter bezel. I was talking with the wife and wasn't paying attention as we went threw the Car Wash.

Replaced a rad support with frame damage

Bought my 99 used with frame damage (that I didn't notice when purchasing) and replaced the radiator support. My hood is now off and wont close. I need a new grill and headlight assemblies, and a new bumper.

Plus the bumper that goes to the frame is non-existent and probably could not bolt a new one on anyway because its off 1/2 inch.

But hey, timing is currently brand new at 237789 miles!

I have a borla XR-1 with no drone! Well a tad bit now that I have 33s but it will go back to none once I regear.

My brother in law put one on my sisters Explorer and it drove her crazy so she made him put in an all new sound system and sub to drown it out.

Exact same dimensions. However, the Borla 40665 Turbo XL has a 2.5" inlet/outlet, compared to 2.25".

In experimenting with other vehicles, that did make a difference...

Pulled into a parking space that had a shopping cart partly in the space. Thought i would get close and move it. Well i wedged it against the curb and the fender. I tried to pull it away and scratched the front fender.
