FZJ80 wheel specs - differences thru the years?

I want to get rid of my 1.25" spacers and have read people have had luck using 80 series Land Cruiser wheels. I think they look great, but does anyone know what the OEM dimensions are and if they varied over the years?

I’m currently running the 95-97 LC wheels on my 4R. Running 285/75 with a 1” body lift. Not having anymore rubbing that I had with stock rims.

land cruiser wheels

If my memory serves me correctly the wheels are 16X8 with a 4 inch backspace for the land cruiser and LX 450 for the 96/97 models. If you would like I have a set of the Lx 450's in my basement and i can measure them.hope this helps,Ray.

Assuming you're only looking for the 16" alloy wheels they are 8" wide with 4.5" backspacing.

Yep 16x8 alloy wheels. I've heard anywhere from 3.5-4.5" for these, so I'm wondering if there are different versions (other than LX vs LC appearance).

I haven't heard/read anything outside of 4.5" backspacing for those. I checked this website (Toyota Land Cruiser - Specs of wheel sizes, tires, PCD, Offset and Rims - Wheel-Size.com) and the USDM wheel specs are the same from 93-97 for what it's worth.

Cites his source and all, haha. Looks like you're right. I've just seen what people have posted on forums and facebook, nothing official, as far as 3.5" and 4.0" so I wasn't convinced.

That's a useful website, thanks for the link.
