brake fluid bleeding

For 3rd gen T4R, can the brake fluid bleeding be done without removing or jacking up the wheels?
Thanks,

Yes, it can. A set of offset wrenches are nice to own. I use a 10mm offset wrench to open and close the bleed nipple on the rear wheel cylinders and front calipers. The offset design of the wrench allows more room for you to turn it because it gets the wrench away from the tire.GEARDRIVE Offset Box Wrench Set, 9-Piece, Metric 6-23mm, Chrome Vanadium Steel Construction with Pouch - - Amazon.com
