Wheel bolt length greater than 27mm?

Planning on getting 1.5 wheel spacers to have my wheels stick out a little more. Current wheel has +15mm offset. The spacer manufacturer recommend having the original wheel bolt length to be 27mm or more. Do 1999 SR5 (Highlander Edition) have bolts longer than this?

I went with Spidertrax Spacers and it bolted up like normal and then had studs on the other side that the wheel bolted to.
