Stone guard material on rear fender flare

For lack of a better name I am calling it stone duard. It's similar to Xpel and on the rear fender flare. Anyone know if this is a part that can be purchased from Toyota. After 20 years mine needs repalcement. I looked at several on line oEM parts sites without luck and searched here.
